Fly Casting Clinics

Casting is the physical skill of fly-fishing, and nearly all fly fishers can benefit by improving their casting.

The McLennans are offering a free casting clinic in the spring of 2012 on Sunday, April 29.
This clinic is a way to say thank you to past, present and future students for supporting McLennan Fly Fishing.

Private Clinics

Hone your skills in a personalized fly casting clinic for you or your group. These 2 hour sessions will focus on the fundamentals of the basic stroke, loop control, timing, accuracy and may also teach reach casts, slack casts and the double haul. When possible, these clinics will make use of video recording of both your casting and the instructors’. These clinics are intended for people who already are familiar with basic fly casting.

Date and location determined in consultation with students.
Cost: $100 plus GST for one person
$180 plus GST for two people
Request quote for larger groups.
