1-Day Fly Fishing Clinics
Intermediate
and Advanced Level
Though
Jim no longer guides, he is making available a limited number of days
each summer for these private teaching clinics.
These are on-the-water sessions for one or two people with
intermediate to advanced experience, and are intended to help with
specific aspects of fly fishing. The clinics can focus on aquatic
entomology, photography, casting, dry fly fishing technique, nymph
fishing, or any aspect of the sport you choose. The
day’s itinerary and location will be determined in consultation with
you. For example, if you have difficulty fishing the Bow River,
addressing that problem could be the focus of a clinic.
The clinics can be done in a variety of locations, but often take
place as walk-and-wade sessions on either the Bow or Crowsnest River. In
addition, Jim will take photographs of your day together, and provide
you with prints or a CD after the trip. 1-Day
Fly Fishing Clinics can be arranged on a date of your choice. Limited
availability. Cost:
$495.00 Cdn.+ GST per day. Lunch
